1. Introduction and Acceptance

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. We employ Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and international financial standards.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

8winph accepts deposits through approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers to major Philippine financial institutions. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or applicable law.

3.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available account balance subject to verification requirements and any applicable bonus terms. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) typically process within 5-30 minutes; bank transfers typically process within 24 hours. 8winph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals, which may result in delays. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where reasonably possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified in your account dashboard.

3.3 Fees and Charges

8winph does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, for which we are not responsible. 3.4 Dormant Accounts

4.3 Bonus Forfeiture

We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Complaints Procedure

We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within fourteen (14) business days.
